Fanclub Rules

FANCLUBS RULES *OWNERS PLEASE SEE*
1. Every users are allow to make a maximum of 5 fanclubs.
2. No hentai fanclubs allow or else it will be deleted by staffs.
3. Please include descriptions for the fanclub.
4. Dead fanclubs as in not active for a month will be shut down by staffs.
5. Users are not allow to co-own for more than 5 fanclubs.
6. Banners' size have to be not more than 200x50.
7. Only owners and co-owners are allow to welcome new comers.
