Fanclub Rules Empty Fanclub Rules

FANCLUBS RULES *OWNERS PLEASE SEE*
1. All users are allowed to make a maximum of 8 fanclubs in this section.
2. No hentai or crack pairings fanclubs allow or else it will be deleted by staffs.
3. Please include descriptions for the character.
4. Dead fanclubs as in not active for a month will be shut down by staffs.
5. Users are not allowed to co-own for more than 5 fanclubs.
6. Banners' size has to be not more than 200x50.
7. Only owners and co-owners are allowed to welcome new comers.
