I love my wallpaper, made it myself, well besides the render...

Someone help me change my skin(I'm also using vista) for some reason whenever I find a good skin it only has the visual style and .dll stuff... D: SO I can't change my skin for that reason...

Okay, thanks I'll try using it again. I might have messed it up doing it the manual way for Windows Blind might not work. Steam is an application and we were talking about Steam's icon.
